Village Table Wellesley

Village Table Wellesley is a community-driven nonprofit organization founded in 2020 in Wellesley, Massachusetts, born directly out of the urgent need created by the COVID-19 pandemic. With food insecurity affecting an estimated one in three people across Greater Boston, Village Table Wellesley stepped in with a clear and simple mission: fight hunger, feed hearts. Under the culinary guidance of chef Gary Arthur and with seed funding generously provided by Village Church in Wellesley, the organization began cooking scratch-made, nutritious meals with careful attention to protein, fresh vegetables, flavor, and dignity. Fully operated by a vibrant team of multi-generational, ServSafe-certified volunteers and running at a remarkable cost of just $3 to $4 per meal, Village Table Wellesley delivers homemade meals directly to food-insecure families, partner organizations, and local community fridges across the Greater Boston area.

As a growing nonprofit with an expanding volunteer base and an increasing meal volume, Village Table Wellesley needed a digital presence that could match the heart and professionalism of their on-the-ground operations.
