The team has been working intensively across multiple fronts simultaneously: completing educational programming in close collaboration with Medford High School faculty and administrators, evaluating 29 design alternatives ranging from partial renovation to full addition/renovation to entirely new construction, preparing a comprehensive Educational Plan unanimously approved by the Medford School Committee in February 2026, conducting community outreach through public meetings, robocalls, citywide mailers, and a dedicated project website, and targeting a submission of a single preferred schematic design option to the MSBA by June 2026.
