The East Greenwich School Building Projects represent one of the most ambitious and comprehensive district-wide school construction programs currently underway in the State of Rhode Island, encompassing three simultaneous new construction and major renovation projects across the East Greenwich Public Schools system with a combined target budget exceeding $158 million. Managed by LeftField, LLC as Owner’s Project Manager, designed by Ai3 Architects, and built by Consigli Construction, this landmark District Wide Improvement Program is transforming school facilities across East Greenwich, Rhode Island, with active construction scheduled to begin Winter/Spring 2026 across all three project sites simultaneously.
The scope of the East Greenwich program reflects the full ambition and complexity of a multi-site, multi-building district-wide school construction initiative. At Frenchtown Elementary School, a brand-new school building will be constructed adjacent to the existing facility at a target budget of $67.6 million, housing grades 1 through 5 in a purpose-built 21st-century learning environment featuring flexible learning spaces, dedicated support areas, abundant natural light, and energy-efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that integrate modern educational technology. At Hanaford Elementary School, an entirely new school building will similarly be constructed adjacent to the existing facility at a target budget of $63.4 million, delivering the same forward-thinking, flexible, and energy-efficient design philosophy to a second elementary school community. And at East Greenwich High School, a targeted $27 million addition and renovation program will add new classrooms and a Life Skills suite to alleviate overcrowding, introduce a new Visual Arts classroom suite, deliver major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, improve the Auditorium, and reconfigure the upper gymnasium, locker rooms, team rooms, and weight rooms to better serve the full student body.
The East Greenwich projects represent a defining example of the kind of complex, multi-site, simultaneous public school construction program that demands the highest level of Owner’s Project Manager expertise, community engagement discipline, and construction coordination capability. LeftField, LLC, a firm that has managed over $1.5 billion in publicly funded school construction projects since 2007, was selected through a rigorous competitive process as the Owner’s Project Manager across all three project sites, bringing to East Greenwich the same proven methodology of transparent stakeholder engagement, proactive community communication, abutter protection protocols, and dedicated project websites that has distinguished LeftField’s work on school building projects throughout New England. With Rhode Island’s Department of Education, known as RIDE, overseeing the state funding process and community forums, weekly construction activity updates, and a centralized project website keeping East Greenwich residents fully informed at every stage, this program exemplifies the gold standard of transparent, community-centered public school construction project management.
As a leading Owner’s Project Manager firm managing a high-profile, multi-site $158 million district-wide school construction program in Rhode Island, LeftField needed a professionally designed, information-rich, and community-accessible project website capable of serving as the central digital hub for all three East Greenwich school construction projects simultaneously, hosting weekly construction updates, project galleries, design renderings, pre-mobilization presentations, and links to team resources for the School Construction Committee, RIDE, and the broader East Greenwich community. Our web design and development team built a clean, organized, and visually compelling multi-project construction website tailored specifically for Owner’s Project Managers, public construction management firms, district-wide school building programs, and Rhode Island RIDE-funded school construction projects, designed to serve multiple community and stakeholder audiences through a unified, authoritative digital presence powered by AI-driven digital growth strategies built for the public construction and municipal sector.
If you lead a construction project management firm, Owner’s Project Manager practice, general contracting company, school building committee, or any construction and public sector organization overseeing multi-site or district-wide school building programs in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or New England and are looking for a web design and digital growth partner that understands the community transparency, multi-project coordination, and stakeholder communication demands of complex public school construction, this project is a compelling example of how expert web development and AI-powered growth services can serve your program’s community engagement needs, unify your multi-site communication strategy, and position your construction management firm as the trusted expert in large-scale, district-wide public school construction across the region.
